Spartans Women continue to bolster their squad ahead of the 2026-27 season with the announcement of Tanna Hollis’ arrival at the Vanloq Community Stadium.
The South African Internationalist, who made her debut for the Banyana Banyana team in the 2024 COSAFA Women’s Championships, is the latest recruit to join Jack’s squad and brings with her an ability to find the way to the goal.
Head Coach Jack Beesley said of the signing; “We’re delighted to welcome Tanna to Spartans and to Edinburgh. She has a strong reputation coming through in South Africa, and showed a lot of positive attributes at Partick Thistle last season, despite performing the thankless task of a centre-forward against the full-time teams post-split.
“We feel that with our style of play and profile of players around her that she’ll be a real asset to us both with and against the ball.”
Speaking on making her move across the M8, Tanna noted, “I’m really excited to get started with Spartans and begin this new chapter. I’m grateful for the opportunity to be part of this team and I’m looking forward to pushing myself, learning, and growing both on and off the pitch.
