The Spartans continue their rebuilding for the forthcoming campaign with the signing of Chloe Hutchison from Hearts Women.
Another exciting young age grade Scottish Internationalist to have joined Jack’s squad, Hutchison has become a mainstay in recent SWNT Youth squads.
Manager Jack Beesley spoke of his delight at being reunited with Hutchison. “It’s a pleasure to welcome Chloe to Spartans – a player I know well from my own time at Hearts. She is hard-working, resilient and very keen to learn and improve.
“She is comfortable in possession, good defending 1v1 and covers the ground well. Training and competing alongside 800+ worth of 1st team games across our other defenders will be invaluable for Chloe’s development and we look forward to seeing her make a valuable contribution this season in a Spartans shirt.”
On making the move across town to North Edinburgh, Chloe said, “I am excited to sign for The Spartans as it’s a special club with great values. It’s a great opportunity to play and develop alongside top players and I’m determined to work hard to make this a successful season for the team.”
