Spartans fixtures for the upcoming 23/24 season have today been confirmed.

Spartans will start the new season by hosting Rangers at Ainslie Park on Sunday August 13th. Followed by the teams’ first away trip to K-Park to take on Motherwell on August 20th. The season starts thick and fast as the first mid-week game kicks off on the 23rd August as Celtic travel to Edinburgh to face Debbi McCulloch’s side.

The first Edinburgh Derby of the season is next to follow as Spartans return to Meadowbank on the August 27th to face Hibernian. Spartans will be looking to continue last season’s form against the Edinburgh rivals, going unbeaten against Hibs in 22/23 SWPL action. Rounding off the fifth fixture to start the season is Aberdeen, as the northern team travel to Ainslie Park on September 3rd.

The return date for Hibernian visiting Ainslie Park is set for the 26th November.The other Edinburgh match-up coming from Heart of Midlothian, the first of the action against our maroon neighbours is scheduled for October 15th as Hearts take the short trip to Ainslie Park. Spartans will return to Oriam on January 28th.

Newly promoted Montrose will play hosts on September 10th as the team travel to Links Park for the first time this season. Spartans will then host SWPL newcomers on December 17th before the winter break. Spartans return to action in January as Glasgow City on the 14th.

The last fixture before the split will be at Ainslie Park, as the Edinburgh side host Motherwell on March 3rd, with the season end date scheduled for May 19th.
